There are two categories of APAA Members, namely Individual Members and Organisation Members.
An Individual Member is an individual member in good standing of the relevant Recognised Group.
An Organisation Member is a corporate member in good standing of the relevant Recognised Group. An Organisation Member may register up to 3 Representatives to attend an APAA Meeting. Please add “01”, “02”, and “03” following your Organisation Member ID (e.g., MY202501, MY202502, MY202503) to proceed with registration. A Representative is a person who is qualified to be an individual Member of the relevant Recognised Group. If the proposed attendee is not so qualified, then he/she may be registered as an Accompanying Office Persons (AOP).

Accompanying Office Persons (AOP) – Each APAA Member may register up to two (2) AOPs to attend the APAA Meeting. An AOP is a person who is not professionally qualified for membership of APAA, who provides support for the office of a Member and accompanies the Member to a Meeting.
For AOP ID, please use this format: Member ID-AOP1 (Ex. MY2025AOP1, MY2025AOP2).
Observer
-An individual who is not a Member may attend the APAA Meeting as an Observer. A first-time attendee of an APAA Meeting must be sponsored in writing by an Individual Member of APAA and the sponsorship must be approved by the Secretary-General of APAA. -You will need your Observer ID to proceed with the registration. If you do not know your Observer ID, please contact the APAA Secretariat at secretariat@apaa.asia.
-Note: Your Observer ID is not transferable.
